The city council went on junkets all over the world looking at rail systems . They were like sharks at a feeding freezy .They settled on a company from Italy . They didn't know this company was about to go bankrupt and it did . What a absolutely STUPID decision to pick this company . The cost the project millions and millions of dollars and wasted a lot of time . why would they pick a company so far away to build and transport the trains . WE MAKE TRAINS IN AMERICA TOO . WHY NOT PICK ONE OF THEM FIRST?
