Its just giant colossal waste of money .The price started at 6.8
billion and now its balloned to 12.5 billion and its only half built .
No one even uses it . The stations are empty and the trains have
no passengers . It goes nowhere and has not taken even one car
off the road.
The plan was great on paper but the reality is much different . They said it would employ thousands of people . WRONG. You never see people working on it , just a skeleton crew . And the affordable housing around the train stations is at least 20 or more years away . When the project started 10 years ago we needed immediate relief from our traffic conjestion . This project will not take any cars off the road. The Honolulu City politicians
sold us a project that is only good on paper .
